Launch of Malaria Crush Awareness Program for preventive measures

The Chief Executive Officer of Health, Dr. Shah Dariyaz, has said that the Malaria Crush and Dengue Control Program is being started from Wednesday, August 9 in the flood-affected 09 Union Councils of Leh District on behalf of the Leh Health Department, and these programs will continue until August 20. Teams have been formed, three CDC supervisors and three Sentry Patrol personnel have been added to the Herteam, while one CDC inspector has been assigned the duty of supervising the Herteam. Larva seeding for larval elimination, obtaining blood samples for detection and diagnosis of malarial fever patients and creating awareness among people to prevent these diseases, possibly in case of presence of dengue symptoms in a patient. to be immediately sent to the nearest government hospital for diagnosis and treatment, and if malaria or dengue patients are found in an area, spraying is done in that area, while the supervision of this program will be done by the district officer of the department of anti-infectious diseases, Muhammad Akram Baloch.
